Job Requirements
Education: Diploma degree in business administration, business studies, arts, public administration or related - Essential.
Bachelor degree in related field - Preferred.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years working experience, two (2) years of which should be in a supervisory level - Essential.
English Language: Scores minimum %65
Job Responsibilities
- Receives daily communications from the department and reviews/screens memos and discuss critical issues with the higher management.
- Prepares actions relevant to the issues received following from the discussion.
- Provides general administrative support, including coordinating and follow-up with the departmental staff to expedite actions on the various matters assigned within the department.
- Manages the office, supervises the work of secretarial staff and perform other secretarial functions.
- Prepares, develop and submits reports as requested.
- Develops forms, tracking and filing system for use in the office. Plans, develops and facilitates changes in procedures, forms and practices, workflows and personnel assignments, as necessary.
- Takes charge of of supervising the staff and the office operations in the absence of higher management, i.e. holidays or business trips and / or reports to the appointed Officer-in-charge as appropriate.
- Coordinates plans and schedules meetings as instructed.
- Manages and monitors inventory and reviews requests for monthly office supplies.
- Perform other job related duties as required.
