Job Requirements Education: - Diploma in electronics or broadcast technology or related field. Essential Experience: 5 (five) years working experience in operating, maintaining and repairing audiovisual equipment system. Essential Job Responsibilities 1- Set up and operates audio and video equipment, including microphones, sound speakers, videos screen, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing board, related electronic equipment and custom lighting for meeting, symposia, presentations and new conferences. 2- Monitor incoming and outgoing pictures and sound feeds to ensure quality and notifies directory of any possible problems. Mixes and regulates sound inputs and feeds, or coordinates audio feed with television pictures. 3- Install, adjust and operates electronic equipment used to record, edit and transmit radio and television programs, and cable programs. Switch sources of video input from one camera or studio to another, from film to live programming or from network to local programming. 4- Diagnoses and resolves media system problem in classrooms, auditorium and other venues. Informs management of problems and recommends solution. 5- Meets with directors and senior members of camera crew to discuss assignments and determined filming sequences, camera movements, and pictures composition. Designs layouts of audio, video, and lighting equipment. 6- Test, fine tunes, calibrates repairs and routinely cleans audio and video equipment. Notified supervisors when major equipment repairs are needed. Conduct routine inventory of equipment, devices and applies. 7- Recommends new and existing equipment and system to ensure effective and quality support for communication information information and educational media. 8- Coordinates and schedules the day to day work audiovisual support staff. Trains less experience staff in the setup and operation of equipment. 9- Perform other job related duties as assigned
