Roof mounted Chillers and associated compressor status and correct periodic preventive maintenance.
Make technical report for all maintenance problems
Chilled water pumps plant maintenance and operation.
Make comments and suggestions to inte
al/exte
al projects.
Ensures to maintain the AHU filters and to replace the filters in time.
Parts ordering and inventory.
Consumables ordering and inventory, filters filter bags, oils and refrigerants.
Maintain his and his staff tool issuance and availability levels.
Maintain safe working practice codes at all times.
Designs and install extensions to the system if requested from the Mechanical Systems Unit Manager which is approved by the FMSD.
All maintenance issues related to his section must be endorsed to all assigned technicians.
Any emergency and urgent matter must take immediate action.
Must maintain the standard requirements for positive and negative air measurements in all designated areas.
Must perform daily rounds with documents and prepare the reports to be submitted to the Mechanical Systems Unit Manager.
Making of duty time schedule accordingly.
Record all daily maintenance issues report on logbook or send soft copy.
Must have focus monitoring and maintenance to all patient rooms to all buildings.
Performing rounds for all unused and scrap items for disposal arrangement.
Update all documentation of PPM checklists all the time.
Conducting daily checklist for maintenance record and status.
Checking for all vacant rooms and take note for all maintenance issues which is related to his section.
Follow the instructions given by the Mechanical Systems Unit Manager which is ordered by the FMSD.
Arranging all needed materials and requests to the purchasing department.
Perform troubleshooting to all required equipments and machines which is related to his job.
Qualifications
Diploma in HVAC from a recognized institute.
Minimum of 7 years of experience.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
