Compliance:

Implement the Technology Design and Implementation policies and procedures

Carry out assigned activities in specified area with minimal direct supervision

Technology Design and Implementation:



Evaluate medium-scale business requirements and transfer into IT requirements

Assist in Access, Core, Business Applications design activities in order to achieve network requirements

Prepare periodic activity and management reports and reports related to project status of fiber delivery, products delivery, core delivery, and optimization

Implement changes in specific domains/sub streams

Perform basic coordination with vendors and challenge vendors solutions and action plans

Coordinate and follow-up for the implementation of small-scale modules within business applications

Conduct testing of business applications to ensure alignment with business requirements

Assist in installing network equipment, in compliance with established installation guidelines and procedures

Develop periodic and standard technical reports on Zain’s network implementation works, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role

Assist in analyzing daily network reports and plan activities to address improvement needed in user experience

Handle basic to medium-scale customer complaints , CITC and VIP request in a timely manner

Assist in analyzing issues in the project implementation and provides technical expertise in resolving bottlenecks, seeking support from seniors, as and when required

Execute complex health checks and performance tuning for databases and systems

Provide support to shops/regional offices and call centers ensuring services are running smoothly

Prepare requests for proposals and assist with the technical evaluation of vendors response and process service papers

Follow-up with conce
ed departments for the implementation of improvement actions and provide guidance and support when required

Perform site acceptance to confirm physical installation quality

Follow-up with vendor for all incident and TT opened in network to be closed according to SLA

Keep abreast of regional and inte
ational trends in network design and implementation to identify opportunities for enhancement of Zain technology capabilities

WHAT DO I NEED?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
