Discusses and suggests with/to the Supervisor the shipping, logistics issues, Product dispatch, planning Product, demurrage and claims.
Initiates and anticipates enquiries / replies with customers and chartered counters regarding clarification on product details, demurrage and claims and other related information.
Troubleshoot situations as they arise between customers, shipping resources ensuring documentation are cleared and shipped in a timely manner.
Prepares weekly schedules, fleet data report, Product dispatch details, also arranges/updates agency and operational manuals for guiding the masters.
Monitors, analyses and performs a variety of activities pertaining to Product dispatch, Marine Demurrage and Claims.
Schedule and plan availability of product vessels to ensure smooth lifting operation as per lifting schedule.
Coordination with all conce
s for custom clearance and smooth berthing of product ships.
Consult with the Finance Department regarding clearance and pertaining calculation.
Analyze and update regularly shipping schedules against the short and long term forecasts.
Updating of vessel tracking sheet on daily basis.
Keep abreast of the latest development in Marine / Marketing operations and regulations locally and inte
ationally
Monitors, analyses and performs a variety of activities pertaining to marine demurrage claims.
Initiates and anticipates enquiries / replies with off-takers regarding clarification on demurrage and claims, disputes on payments and other related information.
Prepare various reports/analysis, update data/information in the computer, and maintaining all divisional files/records in an up-to-date manner.
Troubleshoot situations as they arise between customers, shipping resources ensuring documentation are cleared and shipped in a timely manner.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education
Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
