We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic colleague's focused Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.
As the Area Director of Human Resources - Saudi Arabia, based in KSA, you are responsible under the general guidance and supervision of the Corporate Office and within the limits of established Rotana policies and procedures to oversee and direct all aspects of the Human Resources operation for hotels within Saudi Arabia, whereas your key responsibilities will include:
• Guide the Human Resources Leaders in the KSA properties on all Human Resourcs related areas supporting the Corporate Office strategy
• Offer recruitment assistance, on-boarding and on-going training / coaching of all Saudi National Human Resources Leaders
• Establish relationship with all gove
ment entities and legal institutions, e.g. HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund), Taqat, GOSI, etc. to support Saudization and strengthen our relationship with Saudi Universities to attract Saudis for front line positions and TAROT placements
• Conduct regular Recruitment Days for Saudi Nationals
• Follow up on career plans and ICTs for Saudi Nationals and expats
• Conduct the Human Resources Standard Reviews once a year
• Overlook the Rotana Engagement Survey administering process and review the survey results and individual property’s action plans
• Support and co-ordinate area manpower plans, talent management and succession planning activities in the hotels, including direct reports and act as the communication link between the corporate office and the assigned area
• Monitor and evaluate all Human Resources activities to ensure the needs of the business are met and help to identify and implement processes for change in order to improve the design and implementation of initiatives or procedures
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a university degree in a related discipline / or professional Human Resources designation with a minimum of three years experiences in the similar role. You must be computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system and fluent in English and Arabic. Previous gulf experience is preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential.
