Collecting raw data from various systems and use it in analysis that support decision making process
Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly management reports on KPIs
Develop the MIS reports and conduct needed analysis for all operational figures.
Conduct performance analysis and identify the causes for deviation in targeted KPIs
Prepare special reports related to the performance reporting as requested by management team.
Prepare monthly review of Customer Care KPIs
Prepare call volume analysis to support headcount forecasting.
Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
