Job Description
IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and implementation of all information technology systems within the organization
Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT electronic data operations and IT systems.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
Manage, develop, empower and train IT members.
Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all IT-related services that cover both IT applications and Infrastructure.
Skills
Ability to actively communicate in both Arabic and English.
Strong communication, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, sense of team.
Strong technical skills in Network, Server and Storage firms.
Deep understanding of an Enterprise Management System.
Good technical skills in database management.
Strong understanding of different datacenter designs.
Education
Engineering degree in Information Technology related fields
