- Maintain a clear, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of all operational activities at the Terminal, and anticipate and prevent major problems.
Support the day to day Shipside and Landside operations of NCT Terminal with sufficient planning and monitoring of its services in order to continually improve the standard of that service.
Continuously monitor the operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource allocation
Liaise with exte
al customers to always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Liaise with the maintenance, safety, and support departments to ensure efficiency of the processes and maintain high productivity
Ensure that all employees, under own responsibility, comply with the Company's health and safety policies.
Develop and analyze daily, weekly and monthly report and KPI to continuously monitor the activities performance
Manage and develop white and blue-collar employees and ensure high level of productivity and availability.
