Responsible for supporting high-level executive. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nExecutive Secretary to CEO\r\n\r\nManage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings and travel.\r\nResponsible for organizing of inte
al and exte
al meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas. \r\nProvide executive and administrative support to CEO.\r\nResponsible for organizing CEO travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.\r\nMonitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to CEO’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.\r\nSecretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CEO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all member’s post meeting. \r\nDrafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.\r\nCommunicating important updates and information to client as required by CEO.\r\nResponsible for managing CEO’s personal driver’s daily schedule in line with CEO’s daily requirements. \r\nArrange Senior leadership events.\r\n \r\n\r\nResponsibilities - Board Meeting\r\n\r\nAct as Secretary for MBCO and Committee meetings. This includes but is not limited to preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, collating board reports and presentations.\r\nCommunicate meeting reminders and board reports with relevant Board and Committee members including their Assistants.\r\nConfirm meeting venues, arrange refreshments as well as creating and distributing comprehensive minutes including board resolutions to all member’s post meeting.\r\n \r\n\r\nSkills\r\nQualifications and Requirements:\r\n\r\nBachelor\'s degree required.\r\nFluency in English – spoken and written.\r\nStrong work tenure +4 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.\r\nExperience and interest in inte
al and exte
al communications.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat.\r\nProficiency with computer systems, including experience with office management systems, ERPs, and Microsoft Office suite.\r\nEducation\r\nBussiness Administration
