Manage the full Rosemount Global PMO Process, including but not limited to:
• Ensures full compliance with Emerson Trade Compliance and Ethical Business policies and procedures.
•Responsible for following, applying, and understanding industry project management best practices and
standards.
•Leads and manages all activities relating to the customers projects requirements and ensures PMO process and best practices are followed.
•Supports the project implementation team and manages contractual obligations.
•Provide leadership to the project team members while driving actions and holding them accountable to project performance.
•Maintains timely and consistent communication & reporting to all stakeholders.
•Initiates process improvements utilizing Rosemount’s Quality tools.
•Increase scope and profitability of projects and project schedule control, minimize hidden discounts.
•Demonstrates integrated change management and risk management including use of the Risk Register.
•Provide regular project status updates and deliver accurate project performance metrics and KPI's.
•Works closely with Customer Financial Services to resolve invoice and customer payment issues.
•Manages and controls project scope and schedule control.
•Participates and assist sales during the pursuit/proposal in maintaining the customer relationship and provides insight on execution capabilities
Key Functions
Responsible for seamless implementation of Measurement & Analytical Solutions projects including complex contracts involving engineered solutions, 3rd party buyouts and services, as well as on-site service activities
Accountability for project milestone invoicing and collection, contract/site closure and smooth handover to Lifecycle Services teams
Work closely with other Emerson BUs to leverage on existing supply chain programs & best practices around Saudi transactions
Plays a partnering role with our MEAS KSA Sales Organization to ensure successful award of new major project opportunities as well as enable a seamless transfer from Sales to Operations
Participate in project pursuit reviews and sales meetings to develop a clear understanding of business drivers, strategic sales objectives and expected operational challenges
Success will be measured in terms of project profitability, on-time completion, high-quality execution, and meeting customer specifications and expectations
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree, Preferably Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical
