• Develop and establish quality assurance measures and standards for training services.
• Conduct studies and prepare reports and provide recommendations, or alte
atives that address existing and potential deficient areas in training.
• Liaise with training in assessing training materials when purchasing or adopting.
• Conduct inte
al and exte
al reviews to assess compliance with established QA standards and prepare required reports.
• Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
• Observe classes to ensure curriculum and delivery are meeting set standards, methodologies and practices
• Make recommendations for improvement of training processes and related services.
• Promote awareness and knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
• Work with accrediting bodies to ensure SPSP accreditation and reaccreditation.
• Participate in Peer reviews done for other training centers.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skills
• Certification in QA management systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
