Develop and implement the company's communication strategy, which may
include communicating and messaging to inte

ment Relations Campaign Planning
Lead the alignment of the public relations/gove
ment relations/regulation and
registration plans to the strategic goals of the business to ensure that any spend
is focused and provides best value to the business.
Public/Gove
ment Relations Campaign Management
Manage a portfolio of public relations/gove
ment relations campaigns and
negotiate service level agreements to ensure successful campaigns and value
for money. Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to major
campaigns.
Public/Gove
ment Relations Campaign Execution
Take responsibility for implementing the organization's public relations/
gove
ment relations/regulation and registration strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement
Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their
needs/issues/conce
s and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the
development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of
business information and decisions.
Functional Strategy Formation
Lead the development and implementation of strategy for an important area ofresponsibility within a function, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and
opportunities, and ensuring integration with wider functional strategy.
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks
for area of responsibility or department. Take responsibility for creating
underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation.
Exte
al Communications
Manage certain aspects of the exte
al communications system with some
guidance from senior colleagues. This could mean being responsible for the
development or operation of the system.
Data Collection & Analysis
Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify
possible impacts on the business.
Information and Business Advice
Provide authoritative specialist guidance to senior managers at the business unit
or regional level to enable the implementation of policy, projects, and change
initiatives.
Organizational Capability Building
Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's
individual development needs. Plan and implement actions, including continuing
professional development specified by professional or regulatory institutions, to
build their professional capabilities. Provide informal training or coaching to
others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to
improve performance and fulfill personal potential.


Qualifications

Bachelor Degree

General Experience
Experience level enables job holder to provide leadership to others regarding
work related systems, processes and challenges (More than 15 years)
Managerial Experience
Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver
objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years)
