ROLE PURPOSE:
The incumbent should be responsible to manage all aspects of the MEP project that he is assigned to.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Providing efficient and professional solutions in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and the successful completion of MEP project.
Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and other service Contractors
Prepare and control the project cash flow including expenditures a revenues
Take all necessary measure to protect the company rights in all aspects including cost & time
Control the manpower resources and assure compliance with the standard productivity rates
Insure that project is executed in line with the time schedule
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management
Liaising with authorities like Municipality and Civil Defense, SECO for all the related works
Prepare contractual documentation
Support technical teams with consultants
Leading the project management, Commercial, projects controls, design & construction teams
Attending technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants
Collaborate & Interact positively with all divisions of the company such as finance, procurement, HR, Admin .. etc
Should adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times
PERSON SPECIFIC:
Education:
Must have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
15 years in GCC region with MEP Contractors specialised in Building services including 5 stars hotels, Malls and prestigious residential buildings
Job-Specific Skills:
Project Management of MEP Projects
Team leader
Good technical and commercial experience
Self motivated
Capable to handle complex issues
Well organized and target oriented capabilities
