This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining training courses and programs to support the Institute of Public Administration initiatives and projects. Outputs include e-lea
ing, video, interactive pdf, ILT, webinars and text-based materials. This role will be responsible for staying current with trends and digital delivery methods to keep technical training materials and systems relevant and efficient. Design, develop and implement blended training programs within the organization. Outputs include eLea
ing courses, training videos, assessments, job aids, implementation guides, operations manuals, regional workshop presentations, Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. A core key component of this role is the transfer of knowledge, mentoring and coaching of colleagues in this environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Define lea
ing objectives based on requirements and using sound instructional design expertise
Represent training on cross-functional teams to identify training needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect content for training solutions
Develop or work with vendor to develop course content
Participates in reviews, and coordinates curriculum development
Create testing and evaluation to ensure solutions meet the objectives
Maintain and update existing content
Act as inte
al consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to Training issues relating to assigned program or section area
Establish and execute project plans to deliver projects on-time and within budget
Maintain training materials in the company’s LMS
Assess the retu
on investment (ROI) of any training or development
Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior members of the team

Qualifications & Experience


Minimum Job Requirements:

Master’s Degree in related field, with relevant experience
Instructional Design Certifications
Must have experience in curriculum design or review
Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) - Preferred
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong attention to detail, including editing and proofreading skills
Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
