Processing Digital Sales opportunities and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure prospects are served.
Handle relevant communication channels related to New and Renewal sales channels and (i.e. Sales line, web portal, specified sales branches, online Chat, etc…)
Coordinate with relevant departments and units to solve customer complaints and issues
Follow up on customers’ orders including changes in coverage, inquiries on benefits and requests for cancellation.
Provide a high level of customer service through professional communication skills
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bupa Arabia products and services so that customers are provided accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries with confidence always
Identify customer needs to match the best alignment as required
Provides customer satisfaction to both inte
al and exte
al customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery
Highlight any request /recurring problems that are identified and direct the information to the right channel so that corrective actions can be taken promptly
Responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications.
Document customer error reports in trouble ticketing system and escalate according to established standard operating procedures.
Follow up with Digital Sales prospects to influence sales closing.
Skills
0-3 years
Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate basic understanding of e-commerce principles and online sales.
Bachelor's Degree in any business field.
