Duties and responsibilities:
Handling technical complaints and support troubleshooting with T& I support.
Maintaining relationships with customer technology / manufacturing team.
Conducting product trainings and technical seminars/workshop (inte
al/exte
al).
Collecting and consolidating customer feedback regarding enhancements to products and services.
Identifying unmet customer needs and suggesting areas to improve grades.
Preparing customer trials incl. data handling (datasheets, SAP master data)
Promoting at customers in existing portfolio.
Identifying new opportunities with Business Management & Marketing Organization for potential new developments.
Researching competitive solutions and maintaining competitive comparisons and evaluations to support.
Holding product datasheet ownership and preparing technical communication.
Supporting basic application development (if more advanced support, resources from T&I).
Market implementation of BU/T&I projects.
Managing approval/certifications of new & existing grades.
Defining and delivering technical solution benefits and expertise to sales & business teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor or master’s degree in Polymers or chemical engineering or mechanical engineer with focus on converting technology/polymer applications.
5-10 years of experience in petrochemicals or in a related end-user industry with exposure to polymer products: Flexible Packaging (Film & Sheet).
