Currently we are looking for an HR Manager in Saudi Arabia. The HR Manager position provides day-to-day generalist and functional support to employees of
the nominated division located in the Middle East Africa World Area.
This is an incredibly independent and multi-faceted role covering many aspects which will require big-picture thinking and skills across salary administration, employee relations, training and employee development as well as recruitment and new hire integration.
Your sphere of influence may also include, but may not be limited to:
Supporting talent management & recruitment activity with the localization plan
Supporting the performance review model and implementation on regional level with training needs analysis
Supporting L&D activity and drive the training agenda and records to 100% completion
Monitoring the integration of new HR systems in the region and delivering the training when required
Supporting the compensation and benefits activities in the region including the implementation of policies, training, and market studies
Supporting and coordinating with MEA Shared Services for their daily needs and activities
Providing generalist human resource support for employees in line with personnel activity requirement
Managing employee relations matters and communications for the division in conjunction with MEA Shared Services HR
Providing counseling and coaching to supervisors and managers as required
Ensuring compliance with all company/regional compliance and regulatory conce

Coordinating new hire orientations, employee development (Individual Lea
ing Plans) and training for employees of the nominated division
Fostering the use of the appropriate performance management system to provide adequate assessment and feedback on employee performance
Ensuring that employees comply with all policies and procedures of the division, Emerson Process Management, and Emerson and working with HR Shared Services as necessary to develop/modify existing policies
Recognising and accepting HSE Roles & Responsibilities as defined in Emerson’s Company Procedures
To succeed, you’ll need to demonstrate:
An excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
A Degree in HR
5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
