• Research target audience and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, video, and image content
• Monitor web traffic
• Develop optimal posting schedule
• Mange all social media platforms.
• Research, plan, implement and monitor the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Work with the marketing manager and designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Hire and train others on the team
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Submit a social media monthly plan to the marketing manager.
• Submit a weekly report about finished, under process and pending work.
• Reporting to marketing manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience as a social media coordinator
• Excellent communication skills, multitasking and analytical skills
• Professional with all social media tools and platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn)
• 2 years’ experience in social media.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Fluent - Arabic / good English
