About the opportunity

As the Requirements Manager you will oversee all aspects of technical military requirements, systems and user acceptance activities. You will lead the implementation of RM strategies and plans within projects to ensure effective application of desired approach. You will also be expected to assist the team to identify and monitor the needs of stakeholders involved in a project, identify the requirements needed to meet stakeholder needs, identify potential obstacles and propose solutions, determine projects’ economic viability, ensure that requirements are met by the customer, and implement lessons lea
ed.



Your responsibilities will include:



· Implement requirements strategy

· Identify requirements for stakeholders

· Implement lessons lea
ed

· Translate business and system needs into solution requirements for designers, developers and testers, using requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management techniques.

· Elicit, document, and elaborate on requirements work products, and formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.

· Prepare detailed specifications from which high to moderately complex systems will be developed.

· Analyse and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

· Experience working on all phases of requirements analysis activities

· Comfort with significant client interaction across multiple different groups and functions



About you

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or master’s degree is required

· Relevant experience managing requirements on complex projects is essential

· Experience of working as a consultant or client side Requirements Manager in the telecommunications engineering sector is required
