Role Purpose:
Manage regional fleet maintenance team, ensure all repairs & maintenance are carried out efficiently as per industry standards/company policy, whilst maintaining a clear emphasis on Safety.
Accountabilities:
Ensure Fleet associates comply with all safety (W/Shop & Personal) standards, monitor & report any non-conformance.
Ensure the Workshop is in compliance with MenaBev standards.
Lead the movement of vehicles across franchise.
Manage all MVPI & Istemara renewal operations across franchise.
Manage all accident claims with all the conce
ed Departments and ensure proper closing as per agreed SLAs.
Ensure Fleet associates comply with all safety (W/Shop & Personal) standards, monitor & report any non-conformance.
Distribute daily workload to technicians.
Ensure compliance with the all maintenance & repair activities.
Evaluate technician’s performance, identify gaps and arrange suitable training/guidance.
Comply with regional Opex & Maintenance budgets as per agreed AOP.
Ensure proper closing of all repair services requests with OEMs as per agreed SLAs.
Present monthly data on Accident/Abuse related repairs to Sales team, review data and close outstanding issues.
