Job Purpose:
In charge of managing Arabic Bread & Tannour Bread production in all facilities (RYD, DMM & JED), to ensure full availability of the best quality over the market with consistency and compliance to standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1)
Manpower

anagement
:
Manage all productions specialists in regions
Participate to new employee’s recruitment process (for technical skills assessment)
Regular assessment of employees (production specialists, bakers, associate bakers, packers)
Make sure required qualified headcount available in all locations to cover all production needs (365 days)
2)
Define Working Standards
:
Participate to recipe improvement if required with exte
al partners
Regular update or creation of new working procedures
Define troubleshooting procedures to solve issues related to production process (ingredients specifications, facilities conditions, equipment, …)
Continuous training of employees on technical skills and best practices based on assessment & audits
3)
Production Sites Performance
:
Follow performance indicators (QA audits, customers complaints, safety, line efficiency, sales, waste, productivity)
Define corrective actions plan with local production specialists and follow execution
Give support to solve critical issues involving support functions (Procurement, Supply chain, Maintenance, …)
4) Ensure compliance to Standards
:
Regular visits to production sites around the country, including checklist and visits reports
Ensure production planning is followed to ensure full orders availability with right product freshness

Skills
Experience:
7-10 years experience in Arabic Bread production technical skills on arabic Bread production (process, recipes, ingredients, equipment)
Skills:
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills ( English & Arabic)
Ability to take and lead initiatives
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
