1.Submission of all the material submittal from the procurement
department to the client.
2. Submission of Technical Queries and Field Change Documents from the
procurement department to the client.
3. Submission of Shop drawings from the Technical office to the client.
4. Receiving of the documents from the client related to the material
submittals and distribute to the site procurement manager.
5. Receiving of the documents from the client related to the Technical
Queries, Field Change Documents and distribute to the technical office
manager.
6. Receiving of the documents from the client related to the Shop drawings
and distribute to the technical office manager
7. Maintaining and updating inte
al log for the material submittal, Shop
drawings, TQ’s & FCD’s.
8.Client progress meeting to be attended 2 times per month
9. Customer satisfaction. Quarterly with good
performance
10. Performs other related duties as may be required by Direct manager
11. All types of job must follow the HSE rules to ensure their safety during
doing their roles as per attached General rules.

data/documentation capture
Understanding of paper handling systems, document registration,
filing, numbering and archiving systems.
MS office computer applications, especially word and excel.
