4. Monitors margins from customer transactions and reports on overall portfolio structure.
5. Gathers competitive intelligence of competitor strategy and impact and benchmarks against regional sales and global marketing.
6. Maintains relations with customers to monitor their business developments and recommends corrective action to marketing plans.
7. Develops tools and information sources to gather market intelligence in the region to assess market environment.
8. Identifies promotional activities for trade/retail in order to maintain margins and reinforce product/brand image.
