Previous responsibility for the supervision of a small team of technicians tasked with the fault diagnosis and rectification activities associated with the scheduled and unscheduled servicing of all Typhoon Life Support Equipment

Must have previous experience of leading a Life Support team preferably as JNCO on a military operational flying squadron

Ex-military with experience serving on a high tempo operational military flying unit

Must have attained extensive experience at supervisory levels working in a military aircraft maintenance environment

Thorough working knowledge of aircraft Life Support equipment. (Typhoon preferable)

Experience of working in the aviation industry in a Gulf Coast Country preferred

The ability to act upon his own initiative within the scope of his job is imperative

A conscientious approach to work and meticulous attention to detail is also required

A track record of meeting strict deadlines without compromising standards and quality

Previous experience of conducting On-The-Job training

Conduct scheduled unscheduled repair and maintenance of Typhoon Life Support equipment in accordance with approved technical data and procedures.

Formulate and deliver training packages for RSAF counterparts.

Support the Saudisation process through the OJT and consolidation training of assigned RSAF technicians

Support the company SHE policy through best practice within the work centre.

Adherence to approved maintenance data and highlighting any anomalies when they arise

Attend meetings at the request of key stakeholders to provide any relevant information pertaining to the performance of the Life Support Shop

Completing any other reasonable duties or requests that are made by your line management

Carry out Bi-annual performance appraisals for all technicians within your area of control.
