To support corporate in terms of managing the tasks and responsibilities of corporate accounts and its strategic units. Jobholder shall conduct various tasks such as performing intercompany and customers periodic reconciliations while ensuring compliance with corporate and accounting policies.

General Accountabilities:

• Implement department strategies in conjunction with corporate guidelines and objectives ensuring achievement of corporate strategies.
• Implement the department budget and maintain financial performance versus the approved budget ensuring that the department is aware of anticipated costs and that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified for performance improvement opportunities.
• Implement policies processes and controls covering all areas of department activities ensuring all relevant procedural or legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Support corporate through conducting intercompany settlement maintaining continuous awareness on corporate status.
• Develop policies and guidelines that will define the process of establishing an intercompany relationship.
• Perform periodical evaluation of intercompany relationships in respect to arm s length aspect perform market research for comparable services and perform comparison vis-à-vis relevant SLA.
• Evaluate application of SLAs and any un-reconciled intercompany transactions under dispute act as a liaison between SBU s and ensure a timely resolution of disputed transactions.
• Perform intercompany and customers periodic reconciliations while ensuring compliance with corporate and accounting policies.
• Conduct corporate financial control including monthly reporting and statutory accounts.
• Monitor the intercompany policy process and finance documentation.
• Manage the month end close process for Intercompany ensuring accuracy of data.
