All MA agreements and spot services require further level of review and audit control, to minimize the risk. Candidate will be repsonsible to verify contracts and purchse orders processes as per the approved procurement policy.

Successfull candidate witll be responsible to set up initial negotiation strategies intensive market survey and lead negotiation sessions afor high value agreements and complex contractual terms.

Will lead a comprehensive review of the procurement pre-requisites analysis of more than 200 active contracts performance, team guidance and knowledge transfer

The Section Head will act as a focal point of contact to work with Central Engineering and Projects Dept. to set up the plan for all MA projects, supervise the process and lead the initial negotiation meetings.
