Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with development opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills you ll launch your Mastercard career.

Role:

A diverse experience within Mastercard MEA: comprising exposure to functions such as

• Product Delivery

- Responsible for determining and assessing market/product delivery readiness.
- Responsible for the project management and delivery of new and complex products/platforms and services.
- Partners with the sales teams to ensure clear & required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan.
- Acts as the knowledge expert on new and complex products and the most effect means of delivery.
- Oversees development of delivery process maps that articulate all assets and functions to be coordinated

• New Payments Platform

-    Leveraging Mastercards global payments network our account-to-account business provides domestic and cross-border solutions to enable the frictionless future of payments.
-    Our intuitive payment solutions enable seamless transfers simplify bill payments and provide control at the point of sale. We enable businesses and individuals to choose how and when they pay and get paid — securely and with certainty.

•Targeted Lea
ing & Development: You will participate in a training program aimed at developing competencies in business acumen leadership & interpersonal skills and project management.

•Cross-functional business projects: You will have the opportunity to work with your peers on various business projects which aim to provide enhanced work experience outside of your day-to-day role.

•Mentorship & Executive Sponsorship: You will work with our dedicated leaders–successful managers and executives who inspire mentor and coach others toward successful careers here at Mastercard.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Students pursuing a bachelors degree
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
