• Responsible for tu
  ing the strategist’s vision into reality by identifying all the tasks that need to be completed, and then strategically delegates those tasks to the appropriate team members.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Coordinate with all NEOM projects and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Delivers work in an organized and consistent fashion
• To maintain comprehensive knowledge of a Marketing Resource Management system to intake work, assign creative teams, develop timelines, manage workflow, monitor project status, and develop solutions to unexpected issues when they surface.
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
• Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
• Assists higher level management with department budget development, monitoring, and maintenance.

Education & Experience

• BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• 10+ years experience in project management or similar.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Digital project management experience a plus.
• Hands on experience with project management software.
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issue
