Based in Jubail and under the direction of the Regional Manager for service execution Employee will provide on-site technical expertise on all control and actuated valves. Support will be provided by providing hands on service support data interpretation technical support of applications training and facilitating core site support programs.
You will come from a Field Service background specifically focused on Flow Control products including but not limited to Control Automated Pressure Management Actuation and Isolation valves and associated equipment. You will have a strong knowledge of HART Fieldbus & Modbus protocols and be willing to travel throughout MEA.
Tier 3 services such as Diagnostic testing & data interpretation - recommendation/report generation
Constantly try to improve the companys performance towards higher customer service standards and improve financial performance
Facilitating and executing field service and workshop activities including mechanical assembly and calibration fault finding and technical support to engineers and customers
Training of other employees and customers on products/technology on-site engineering/sales support for Fisher Flow Control lifecycle services.
Report generation for customers on outages / adhoc maintenance and diagnostics
Provide support with emphasis unique situations
Coordinate detailed root cause analysis where required
Specialized testing / investigating of valves to meet customer request for specific information about valve performance
Write and publish case studies of successes unique applications
Calibration, testing and trouble-shooting of Valves Instrumentation and associated products
Perform system start-up and commissioning services as required.
Conduct Customer Service training and take ownership for customer co-ordination.
Complete documentation of repair / testing / assembly activities - cause of failure actions taken parts used labour hours etc.
Diligently complete timesheets site visit reports and all other documentation in a timely manner and in line with Emerson inte
Support repair centres when requested to do so.
Proactively identify Service / Product opportunities and assist the sales pursuit
Adhere to local and inte
ational Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
Adherence to all safety quality company rules and regulations.
Participation and involvement in Safety Quality and Activities Committees where requested.
Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the designated local service lead or by any member of the MEA service management team.
Qualified in an Engineering discipline (Instrumentation / Mechanical Preferred) and or Relevant experience and Knowledge
Strong field service background and solid experience with Control & Actuated valves and associated equipment.
Solid technical skills
Able to self-manage and make experienced-based decisions on the job
Clear and effective written and spoken communications in English with ability to deal with all levels in the organization
Willing to travel extensively within the KSA when requested to do so.
Prepared to work out of office hours to complete the task in hand when requested to do so.
Excellent documentation & writing skills
Excellent personal discipline.
Experience in valve field service and working with industrial customers and EPCs
Knowledge of analyzing evaluating diagnosing and resolving equipment and process related problems are strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Personal computer experience required
Experience with HART Fieldbus Modbus Profibusprotocol.
