To perform wide variety of responsible personnel and administrative
tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents
in support Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to
employees in compliance with established policies and procedures.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma in a related business curriculum (such as accounting, business administration, finance or Management sciences).
Minimum 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job.
Ability to prioritize and complete workload assignments in a high
volume environment to meet deadlines. Ability to read, interprets, apply
and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to
gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner.
Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees. Ability to
research and resolve personnel related discrepancies. Ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a culturally
and ethnically diverse community. Strong computer skills particularly in
