Role Purpose:
The Professional will be handling all activities related to Entities Gove
ance team he/she assigned to.
Key Activities:
- Coordinate with all related departments to prepare items presentations reports to be submitted to the board sub committees before the meeting.
- Follow-up on all action items with conce
ed departments - Develop and maintain materials and meetings checklists
- oversee all administrative activities related to board sub committees operations
- Draft meeting minutes
- Advice on board committee gove
ance and compliance issues - Handle all calendar activities for the board sub committees
- Prepare periodic board sub committees activities report
- Advise on the corporate gove
ance manual - Participate in developing the board annual report
- Participate in the general assembly preparation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence while exercising sensitivity to the audience
- Ability to anticipate inte
al or exte
al business challenges/regulatory issues and make recommendations
- Capable of directing the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems while applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
- 2-5 years of experience in preferably in board affairs or gove
ance or compliance.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree (BA, Legal, or any related majors)
- Certification in gove
ance or compliance is a plus
