[LEFT]Ground Training Manager Nesma Among other duties, the Ground Training Manager is responsible for: • Supervise and follow up proficiency level and quality outputs of work of all Ground Training Instructors and training materials. • Evaluate and asses the knowledges, standards and teaching skills of his GTIs. • . Recommend and provide any training necessary to the training department personnel to enhance their skills and abilities to do their work in an excellent and proficient manner. • Provide all necessary supports to all instructors in order to perform trainings as scheduled. • Keep in order and update every Ground Training Instructor files and records (Electronic & Hard copies). • Make sure of filing of all training records (Electronic & Hard copies). • Help in designing and creating all ground training materials and programs. • Review and evaluate all training program materials and improve them accordingly. • Keep his section, instructors and himself updated and aware of any changes in regulatory requirements and FARs/GACARs especially training areas. • Seek and build up an excellent relationship with the regulatory authority (GACA) based on trust and transparency. • Conduct all training courses and lectures including but not limited to (Company Basic Induct, CRM, DRM, SMS, Human Factors, Security, Culture, Company Policies and Procedures), and any training courses as required and requested to cover any GTI shortage. • Reports his section progress, improvement and/or obstacles to the Director Of Training during the departmental periodic meeting and provide suggestions and recommendation to overcome these obstacles if any. • Build excellent, effective working relations among his section, his department and organization. • Monitor the training industry for conce
s that could affect the organization; • Involved and participate in the developments, updates and revisions of the organization Training Manual. • Involved in reviewing and accepting the agreement of any training services provider. • Supervising and assuring the quality of the training provider. • Perform other duties assigned by the Director Of the Training. المهارات • Broad aviation technical knowledge; • At least a Bachelor Degree in aviation field with at least 5 years of experience as a ground training instructor in aviation • A good Knowledge and understanding of the airline flight operations crew member training and maintenance training requirements set by FAA, GACA. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards outstanding results. • Ability to work effectively with diverse clients at all levels in a large, complex organization. • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions. • Excellent communication skills are essential. • Specialized in Training/ Coaching/ Career Development. • Excellent ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English. • Should be computer literate and have excellent presentation skills.
