[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To produce sales indent products at the right quality, quantity and budget and time by managing efficiently material and human resources and in coordination with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality and other departments. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Diploma / Degree in Food Science in Bakery Science Extensive knowledge in Bakery processing Exposure to automated process management systems. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Ability to read, write & understand English. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 10 years experience in Bakery industry as plant manager. Exposure to World Class Manufacturing environment COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication and people management skills Must be conscious and capable of offering pragmatic solutions to complex management issues. High motivated self-starter with strong quality culture. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and other quality and safety standards.
