Organize all prescription actions with consultants & end users assigned, in order to maximize the business
with them.
Organize and lead successfully prescription of alfanar’s electrical products & solutions program for assigned
area of Saudi Arabia.
Promote alfanar’s solutions directly to customers and understand customers’ needs to feedback accordingly.
Build and secure excellent relationship with consultants & end users in assigned area of Saudi Arabia with
clear interaction and engagement.
Promote visibility of alfanar solutions & products in the local consultants & end-users network.
Be a technical advisor for electrical consultation.
Align the plans and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-term projects being specified and monitor
sales value with sales team.
Have a clear view of customers channel and create opportunities for solution deployment.
Lead business growth & profitability as a key account person for the assigned segments, customers &
projects.
Be aware of market conditions and competitors activities and communicate accordingly.
Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Marketing team to organize seminar/product launching for
consultant & end users network
Plan, coordinate & conduct required communication campaigns for trainings & seminars and arrange for
required tools for customers.
Provide & maintain updated worth data & opportunities about the assigned customers & their projects in CRM
& company channels.
Regularly update sales team on new knowledge of products, inte
ational/local standards to improve team
technical competency.
Report clearly on all activities as and when required.
المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة
Minimum Qualifications:
University degrees – Electrical Engineer.
Minimum Experience:
2 years sales experience, preferably in consultant & end-users business.
Generic Skills:
• Proven network reference with consultant network
• Have technical knowledge & experience on electrical products.
• Have knowledge in project sales and project management
• Good understanding of alfanar’s products and competitors’ is an advantage
• Have knowledge in main competitors
• Good understanding of manufacturing & quality subjects
• Good understanding for policies and procedures of sales
• Have effective communication Skills
• Have effective time management
• Have effective problem solving and negotiation
• Self-development and Continuous Improvement
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good presentation skills
• Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel Sufficient Experience in ERP like SAP or Oracle
• Well experienced in P. C Applications
