Procurement of equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements. b) Budget monitoring and control c) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program. d) All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality. e) Prepares documentation for inte
al process as per Procurement system f) Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors & Client g) Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment. Industry Type : Oil & Gas / Petroleum Functional Area : Buying / Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Management Desired Candidate Profile • Integrity, strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills. • Should have full knowledge of different equipment and material specification • Able to check the drawings and specification documents • Market knowledge in the gulf countries is preferable, • Strong commercial background, • Familiar of Purchasing software • Negotiation skills, highly organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong command of English.
