[LEFT]MAINTENANCE PROJECTS DIRECTOR Experience: • Not less than fifteen (15) years up to a maximum of thirty (30) years of experience in the Maintenance & Operation field. This should include projects from seven (7) to at least ten (10) years as “Projects Director” of the maintenance of HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES, RESIDENTIAL CITIES, ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS, CITY LIGHTING and LANDSCAPING PROJECTS. • Should have experience and able to deal with Generators, Boilers, Air-conditioning, Pumps, Lifts, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting Cables & Electrical Panels Faults, Transformers, Switch Gear and UPS Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Works, Fire Alarm System & Fire Fighting, Telephone Lines Faults, Civil Maintenance of buildings, BMS Systems and others. Candidate should be: • A good leader and has the ability to manage a large number of projects. • Has over all knowledge in Contract Management, Manpower, spare parts and even to the smallest details of the maintenance & operations of the projects. • Has the ability to communicate well with the clients/owners of the projects professionally. • Able to follow up the monthly dues of the company at the client • Has sufficient experience of receiving of operations and delivery of Maintenance Projects. المهارات • PMP certified • Expert in Microsoft Office Applications • ERP System • Has a good command of English Language (Speak, Read & Write) الخلفية التعليمية Experience: •in the Maintenance & Operation field. as “Projects Director” of the maintenance of HOSP [URL="http://careers.sraco.com.sa/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/maintenance-projects-director-3464041/"]apply now[/URL][/LEFT]
