Ensure adherence in all aspect to the Credit Policies/Procedures of CR. Submit credit requests to senior management (RBC, BLMs etc) with supporting documentation/analysis for approval. 2. Regular follow up of overdue ACR via Collection database/ other available tools 3. Prepare regular reports on every outstanding invoice with follow-up action plan (regular cooperation with CR team) 4. Follow-up the reconciliation of customer payments/advances against invoices. 5. Liason with Customers in case of credit disputes 6. Support CR operations with customer creation in Scala/ custom block/ unblock processes 7. Maintain bad debt and bad debt provisions records (as per The way We Do Things). 8. Liaison with logistics on credit related matters. 9. Implementation and follow up of credit procedures as per requirements by regional CCs 10. Measure and monitor the performance of CR credit team in the region, using the proper KPIs 11. Develop and monitor KPIs of CR Credit department Experience requirements -Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Finance and Controlling and Atlas Copco Reporting as per FAM codes and working knowledge of Atlas Copco finance and administration procedures (FAM). -Excellent computer skills and knowledge of FAM and Atlas Copco ERP systems ( SCALA , GPS, etc..). -Familiar with IFRS and Local statutory rules is a solid plus. -Business analysis skills with professional experience in finance and business administration. -Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines and orderly work. -Analytical approach to problem solving and risk management. Knowledge -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Must have a strong desire to succeed in a very dynamic environment -Must demonstrate initiative and innovation in problem solving and anticipating business needs -Proven leadership skills and ability in cooperating with others in Business Control and risk management -Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. -Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus Educational requirements -University degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration Personality requirements -Dynamic person with the right attitude and strong leadership skills based upon respect for people in combination with the ability to empower people. - Loyal person and Team player, positive and pro-active in the approach. - Self managed, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, with the right priority setting. - Open personality, able to communicate effectively with employees and colleagues at all levels. - Ability to work with and respect deadlines. - Willing to travel regularly in the region through the Customer centers (regular business trips twice a month).
