[LEFT]PPMS is a technical assistance company to Oil and Gas industries. We are currently recruiting a QA/QC Engineer for a mission in Saudi Arabia. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support to the Quality & Inspection Engineer in developing the Tu
around Quality & Inspection Plan. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Assist in the development of the Inspection Summary Sheet for each one of assets/ Equipment to be subject of inspection during the Tu
around. - Assist in the validation of scope, durations and resources given by TAR Planner to the inspection tasks included in the activities network of each tu
around work. - Assist in the preparation of the Inspection & Test Plan “ITP” for each work/equipment included in the tu
around scope. - Assist in the preparation of the Box-Up Certificates for each equipment to be opened / inspected. - Assist in the preparation of the Flanges Integrity Plan. - Assist in the preparation of a Welding Quality Control Plan (WQCP). - Assits in the preparation individual packages for each hydro-test of lines to be done during the tu
around. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Quality & Inspection Engineer. - Support to Warehouse personnel in the inspection of material items delivered for the tu

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgic Engineering Work Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience in an oil and gas context with at least 8 years’ experience in a as QA/QC Inspector Skills: - Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry - Familiar with QA/QC Policy & Procedures of SATORP and CONTRACTOR. - Minimum 10 tu
around as QA/QC Inspector. - Certified AWS or CSWIP welding inspector or equivalent. - Certified Pressure Vessels and Piping Inspector API-510 & 570. - Familiar, with hands on capability in Inte
ational QA/QC Standards (API, ANSI, ASME, etc.) NDT techniques, Welding Procedures & Welder Qualifications applicable within the Oil & Gas Industry fabrication, construction and maintenance. - Communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment. - Data analysis and report writing skills. - Attention to details. - Strong decision making ability. - Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Proficient in verbal and written English.
