al customers whilst complying with standard operating procedures; health & safety guidelines and quality standards. ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate calibre. ; Logistics qualification. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Good IT skills – Knowledge of SAP; Word; Excel; Access. ; Working knowledge of ISO9000 quality standards. Previous experience in SAP WMS environment. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years management experience within an FMCG environment. ; Experience in multi-temperature storage and distribution. ; Transport experience. ; Exposure to Manufacturing Logistics; preferably in the Dairy industry or other short shelf-life product sector. COMPETENCIES: Man-management hand-on style ; Decision taker ; Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to “take the lead” ; Improvement-motivated ; Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the complexities of a multi-cultural environment ; Analytical and planning skills ; Experience of Health & Safety legislation and procedures.
