ational environment to control the financials of a complex project in Saudi Arabia Job Description • Support Project Director and PMs on all financial subjects. Inside the Core Team, advise the Project Director on the Project strategy in order to ensure Financial Performance and achievement of financial targets (Sales, Invoicing, Margin, Operational Cash Flow) • Analyze Actuals, commitments and calculate Project EAC with Work Package managers and PMs. Analyzing Schedule and indicators of physical progress to make reliable estimates at completion. • Produce the Consolidated Dashboards and all other reporting related to the Project • Validate all expenses and all Purchase Request forms of the Project in line with the Budget. • Measure and analyze variances between actual and forecast in order to detect any variance of financial performance (in terms of margin or cash flow) and then ensuring with project Director and PMs and with involved departments, of the implementation of Corrective Action Plan. • Contribute to Monthly Risk reviews and ensure that risks and opportunities at all levels are reflected in reports and alert the management when needed. • Prepare financial reviews with Project Director and Participate actively to the project reviews to ensure accurate and clear financial information and communication. • Follow up and update of Sales, Invoicing & Cash with the Project Director and PMs. • Manage Invoicing and Cash flow optimization (accounts receivables & accounts payables follow up) through Cash loop analyses and Boost Action plans. • Ensure that Guarantees, Bonds are well monitored in close cooperation with Accounting Department and ensure that guarantees are recovered consistently with project invoicing progress when needed. • Participate to the Claims management and financial contractual letters with project Contract manager in order to strengthen contractual positions of Thales (to avoid LDs, credit management,..) • Contribute to Bid preparation for all variation orders around the project, advising Bid manager on all financial subjects to guarantee reasonable and reliable CBB and margin. And support Sales Team on price justification or payment terms negotiation with Customer when needed. • Ensure and manage the coordination of the Thales entities involved in the project in France and in Saudi Arabia with closed coordination with French cost controller, Domain Finance manager and BL PRS CFO to ensure that the Consolidated Financial strategy is reflected in both Thales entities. • Ensure close relationship with CFOs of the different Customer’s divisions, to ease Credit management and Cash collection, letters of credits implementation or support on any financial subject. • Manage financial audits with Exte
