[LEFT] 2 - 5 years Saudi Arabia - Saudi Arabia Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration(Management). Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. • Handle the settlement of salaries and wages through the accounts structure and develop periodic payroll reports for the labor department and other organizations • Handle personnel and pay documents for the company staff to guarantee precise integration of such documents with the benefit and payroll systems • Make use of computer to handle, program, and retrieve information for reports and analysis • Guarantee precision of company payroll by reviewing departmental pay authorizations and validating reductions from wages • Updating and maintaining payroll records. • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of ea
ings, deductions, leave, disability, etc. • Monthly payroll expenses booking • Processing increases and calculation of back pays. • Reconciling payroll related GL accounts. • Calculating annual leave / Exit settlement and etc. • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. • Make use of computer to handle, program, and retrieve information for reports and analysis • Maintains payroll operations, guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. • Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports. • Carry out reporting, technical and administrative functions in staff benefits and payroll aspects • Update and reconcile monthly bank statements • Understanding and following payroll procedures and payroll related forms. • Year-end processes such as annual payroll payment summary reconciliations. • Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift • allowances etc. • Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. • Dealing with payroll queries from employees. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Performs other work as required or assigned • Keep information confidential Desired Candidate Profile • A minimum of 2-3 years of payroll experience with a relevant first degree with concentration in accounting or other finance related field • Ability to maintain an optimistic, professional and credible attitude • Ability to efficiently solve problems by utilizing quality communication skills • Meticulousness with focus on quality customer service with capability to manage manifold deadlines and priorities [URL="http://www.naukrigulf.com/job-listings-Payroll-assistant-Saudi-Arabia-Saudi-Arabia-ABDULLAH-A-AL-BARRAK-and-SONS-CO-2-to-5-years-190416000131-"]apply now[/URL][/LEFT]
