[LEFT]CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide lea
ing, development and competency assessment for Engineering staffs in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance and Engineering utilities in accordance with Operations business needs and in conformance to the overall Corporate lea
ing and development objectives. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Training Needs Assessment: Ensure that TNA is carried out for Engineering staffs on a continued basis in conjunction with engineering managers 2) Individual Training Plan: Ensure that individual training plans are in place and the programs designed shall be competency-based 3) Training Delivery: Ensure implementation and achievement of individual training plan and training calendar. 4) OJT and Competency Assessment: Ensure structured OJTs are developed for engineering staffs and competency assessments are carried out on regular basis. 5) Post Training Evaluation: Ensure PTEs are facilitated with line managers and put in place action plan to address issues on PTE results. 6) Individual Development Plan: Ensure that IDPs are planned and implemented based on business and individual needs in line with the L&D Policy. 7) Engineering Technical Programs: Ensure that Engineering Technical Programs related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation are designed, developed, & delivered based on standard engineering practices and plant requirement. 8) Competency Matrix: Ensure that competency matrix is monitored and updated and effect amendments based on customers’ operational ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Qualification in BS Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Communications Engineering or any Engineering. NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Oral and written English. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years relevant training experience in a large scale. COMPETENCIES: Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
