Would you like to be part of the HR team- We currently have a vacancy as HR Manager at our site in Tabuk.

Your main responsibilities:

    Management of the provision and application of effective client-facing HR advisory consultancy operational and professional services primarily to Line Management but also to employees.  Activities include (but are not limited to):

    Discipline
    Grievance
    Harassment
    Attendance Management
    Performance Management
    Employee Resourcing
    Resource Planning including Protection of Employment;
    HR Policy application.

    Providing strategic input to the Specialist Support Team on implementation of HR and Company initiatives in KSA e.g. HR Strategy implementation Behavioural Performance Feedback Performance Development Reviews Employee Opinion Survey (EoS) launching of new HR policies or other HR initiatives.  The job holder then implements these initiatives operationally.
    Ensuring all local HR activity complies with Company policies, HR strategy and UK & KSA legislative frameworks where appropriate.
    Development of an indigenous HR capability through the active management development coaching and motivation of local HR employees.
    Provision of a training and coaching service to Line Management on Company HR policy & procedure primarily delivered through HR or Lea
ing & Development (L&D) Advisors.
    Ensuring business objectives that are aligned to the job holder through the local Value Plan are met e.g. support to the General Manager (GM) on EoS actions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
Essential

The job holder must:

    Have already attained membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) be studying towards it or be willing to study for it.

Desirable

Ideally the job holder would have:

    A degree in an HR or business discipline.

    Recent and relevant formal training in UK employment law and both an appreciation and understanding of Saudi Labor & Workman Law.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential:

The job holder must:

    Have relevant experience in a client-facing HR role.
    Have a proven track record in managing people and other resources to achieve business objectives with an ability to operate both operationally and strategically.
    Demonstrate effective consultation communication and negotiation skills with a Senior Management Team whilst building effective working relationships.
    Have had experience in leading and managing HR professionals.
     

Desirable

Ideally the job holder would:

    Have 2 years experience with the Company in KSA in an HR client-facing role.
    Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment legislation and its application in the workplace.
    Have a broad understanding of the relationship between BAE Systems and its Customers.
    Be conversant with HR and Company policies & procedures and their application, particularly within KSA.
