[LEFT]Civil Engineering • Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan. • Ability to execute the project plan on time using appropriate resources on site. • Review and approve project reports and designs. • Develop shop drawings that cover the change requirement of the project. • Assess both challenges and potential risks of the planned project. • Provides technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required. Initiates and maintains extra work estimating and issuance of change orders. • Undertake initiatives for risk management and take appropriate steps during planning, scheduling and execution of project. • Support Planning and Tendering for new projects. • Ensure Saudi Arabia’s Regulations and Standards are followed without exception. • Ensure Site Safety Rules followed by all resources. • Responsibly take possession and/or manage site equipment and material receiving. • Monitors the efficient use of materials and equipment. • Monitor the operations and working of staff on the site and able to produce report. • Communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects and consultants. • Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials. Skills - Must have a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Ability to work under preassure.
