To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional lea
ing goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Business or Literature.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
2years training /supervising experience .
COMPETENCIES:
Good knowledge of identifying Training Needs Analysis. Sound skills knowledge in designing training packages. Assessment techniques of evaluating, reporting training activities. Well developed communication skills and interpersonal skills. Able to analyse and interpret information. Good team player & Pleasant Personality. Good problem solving & Decision making skills.
