Role Purpose
To manage the design, development and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of all Operations Support data

Key Accountabilities
Key Activities / Decision Areas
1
Data Collection
· Responsible for the integration and analysis of data from various sources
· Responsible for conducting statistical analysis (e.g. SAS, JMP, Minitab, R, etc.)
· Responsible for extremely large data sets in storage, manipulation, and extraction
· Responsible for sequel or SQL data extraction
· Responsible for problem solving and overcoming difficult challenges in data mining
· Good judgment, adaptive business intuition and strong teamwork skills to work well with team members and all other members of the enterprise business intelligence team

Data Analysis
· Design, implement, and maintain a data warehousing tool to facilitate dissemination of various results
· Design and develop database queries and reports as needed
· Analyze weekly and monthly reports, focusing on performance, efficiencies, conversion, and service operations
· Develop and present oral, written and graphic presentations that convey complex data in an accessible
and understandable manner to a wide variety of audiences
· Work with technical teams to ensure data from all sources is available for analysis

Data Modelling
· Create physical data model with a data modeling tool
· Participate in and support design reviews and code walkthroughs to ensure high quality deliverables
· Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions
· Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual data models.
· Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy
· Optimize and update logical and physical data models to support new and existing projects

Predictive Analysis
· Responsible for the development of predictive models that will derive insights
· Provide business managers fact-based recommendations and forecasts related to predictive analytics
· Interacting with leadership to create high-impact, data-driven projects that align with corporate initiatives
· Developing knowledge base of industry/market trends and analysis of their impact and potential for new business

Performance Management
· Create KPI dashboards and automate regular reports where possible
· Define and implement processes and solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity while providing high performance to meet the business
· Collaboration with other departments and functions to coordinate and prepared reports and monitor trends
· Work under minimum supervision to perform a variety of complicated tasks
· Ad hoc analysis on as needed basis

· Coordinate with inte

al stakeholders to support the delivery of inte
ational projects and initiatives
· Identify, escalate and mitigate risks in a timely manner for all inte
ational projects and initiatives
· Preserve the quality assurance and quality control of all project outcomes
· Document and update the database of all members/embassies contacted,, for each and every project and inititiave by the Operations Support unit
· Document and maintain the productivity and execution scorecard for each and every project and initiative by the Operations Support
· Document and maintain relationship with all project partners
· Report project status in a timely and consistent manner to relevant inte
al and exte
al stakeholders
· Coordinate with other departments
Required Skills
Person Specification
Education
· Minimum requirement is university BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business
· Any programing, database design or analysis certification is a plus
Experience Fields
· Experience with Data visualization, Cognos Frameworks, OLAP, and Tableau is a plus.
· Healthcare organization experience is a plus (understanding health related terms, dashboards,)
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
· Certifications in Business Intelligence concepts and techniques (Health Informatics, Oracle SQL, Programming etc) are preferred
· Abel to multitask and work well under stress
· Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills; Excellent follow up skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Comfortable working independently and on a self-guided basis. Must be equally comfortable collaborating with others and in teams.
· Analytical and logical thinking through a number of iterative steps to drive out a solution
Years of Experience
· Minimum 3 years in Programing, MIS, data analysis, or healthcare organization reporting.
