Job Purpose:
To ensure that the database used by the Pre- Authorisation department is structured and aligned in such a manner that enables high integrity and accuracy of the data that is maintained so that it becomes as an effective decision making tool.

Key Accountabilities
Key Activities / Decision Areas
1
Commercial Reporting
· Periodical cost analysis and Weekly/Monthly KPI reports for Pre-Authorization
· Statistical data analysis for the medical team in Pre-Authorization
· Monthly Pre-Authorization Trend Analysis to help the business detect trends as early as possible.
· Act as a support officer in collecting, collating and organizing data for the Pre-Auth team
· Develop and maintain the department dash board

Administrative support
· Responsible for all adminstrative relevant tasks within Pre-Auth department
· Responsible to issue mis report by customer to support sales team during their meeting with customers
· Responsible to develop, prepare presentations / updates regarding pa department
Required Skills
EDUCATION
• BS in finance/ accounting / adminstration (preferably in health realted sciences)
• Clear understanding of medical terminologies
EXPERIENCE FIELDS
• Possess fundamental understanding in finance, marketing, production and personnel management
• Strong logical and analytic , assessment and interpretation skills
• Advanced cognos® and microsoft excel® , powerpoint knowledge.
• Must have presentation skills
• Must have report writing and report designing skills in BW (Business Warehouse)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience demonstrating a working knowledge of data mining and reporting.
