This includes the Distributed Control System (DCS), PLC control & PLC based ESD systems, custody transfer metering computer systems, process plant management information systems (MIS) and Laboratory management Information systems (LIMS). To maximize the availability and efficient utilization of information required running SAMREF. To insure the reliable operation of the refinery automation infrastructure. To research and investigate current information & automation technology and make recommendations on how it may be applied to benefit the profitability of SAMREF. Skills Educational Requirements or Equivalent: Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems, Computer, Electrical Engineering Good level of English proficiency. Specialized Knowledge: Advance knowledge in Control and Information Systems Engineering. Programming Languages, Database Technology, Control System Theory. Expert in the field. Previous Experience Required: 08 - 15 years related experience. Working Knowledge to be Acquired on the job: SAMREF Policies & Procedures.
