الوصف الوظيفي
[LEFT]Job Purpose To manage the budget, vendors and logistics elements of the TSBT Department which includes infrastructure physical environment, vendor relationship, purchasing, equipment stock monitoring and support contract administration. Main Accountabilities Manage the IT Asset lifecycle from specification, procurement, maintenance and documenting. Manage support and maintenance contract with 3rd party vendors to ensure all IT asset support contract are aligned and updated. Ensure Data Center physical environment is equipped with well-maintained utilities like power, cooling and proper firefighting solutions. Work closely with Network and System team regarding specification of new desktops, servers and other hardware stuff. Interface with other functions of IT service such as Service Level management, Change management, Availability management and Capacity management to ensure adherence to IT service management best practices. Ensure that procurement of IT assets is done on time which includes negotiation of prices, request for proposal, follow ups and payment processing. Manage coordination between IT Service and business unit for all IT element requirements regarding user station movements and new branch office opening.
